Muneer A Malik was picked up after Nov 3 emergency. He was likely tortured that possibly lead to Rhabdomyolysis (muscle breakdown) and that lead to his kidneys shutting down as muscle breakdown products block the kidneys. We at ANAA condemns his incarceration and negligence by State in strongest words. We pray for our hero to recover fully and join the struggle for independence of judiciary and rule of law in Pakistan.
